Microsoft Photo Editor could no longer view JPEG files (error reading file). I attempted to reinstall Photo editor (part of office 97) remamed the filter file jpegim32.old did the reinstall and Photo Editor worked fine now but Picture IT! 99 was lunched unable to see any JPEG files so I reinstalled Picture IT!
